I saw Paul Weller over 10 years ago at, ahem, Top of the Pops & he was amazing but I didn't realise he was up to much these days so the thought didn't even enter my mind that he could win British Male! All hail the Weller!
I won't mention that he was on the bill with Peter Andre that night (Mysterious Girl the first time round! lol) but there was Ocean Colour Scene as well and I was obsessed with them - I shoved my way to the front!  It's one of those cringe worthy memories of my teens but one that sometimes I'm quite happy to remember!
