Just read of the very tragic death of Stephen Gateley at the age of 33. :(

I was'nt a big fan of Boyzone, but I did love their song "No matter what they tell you" (hope I've got the title right) and I know they reformed a few months ago.

I was shocked and saddened to hear the news. Their many fans will be bereft. My sympathies lie with them, and Stephens family and friends. :(

I was shocked too when I saw it on the BBC news website a few minutes ago. I wasn't a Boyzone fan either, but they did have some well written and performed songs.

33 is a tragically young age for anyone to leave us, and I'm very sorry for Andrew (his partner), family, friends and fans.

I can't really claim to have been a fan either, but it's so sad when someone dies so young. :(

It's such a shame to hear of Stephen's death. A young man of 33 with a long life ahead of him, gone so quickly. I'll take the place of fan. Yeah, I'll admit to a dodgy boyband past, and I certainly preferred Boyzone music over Take That.

Huge condolences to all Stephen's loved one's and I hope wherever he is now he's singing and entertaining people in another world.
