Duke Special's amazing new album 'I Never Thought This Day Would Come'

Despite being a massive fan it took me couple of listens to get into this, but I'm very much convinced now.

Not too fussed about the lead single 'Sweet Sweet Kisses' though - a bit 'throwaway' to me.

Superb album overall - looking forward to some live shows next year.

The band i'm mainly listening to at the moment is The Maccabees.

For some reason I never got into them the first time they hit the scene. But now i'm really really liking them.

'Steve McQueen' by Prefab Sprout - in my opinion, one of the most perfect albums ever produced.

The songs which made the most impression on me today whilst walking across London (with the iPod on "shuffle songs") were...

David Bowie: Lady Stardust
Suede: The Chemistry Between Us

Lots of other great music of course, but these were the "wow, why don't I listen to this more often?" moments of the day!

Keane - Bad Dream

I love this track, I nicked it from Scrubs!
